CHALLENGE 2 – Drink more water.
Drinking water is one of the most simplest ways that you can take care of yourself, however it seems to be one of the most challenging for a lot of people.
This week your challenge is to simply DRINK MORE WATER!!! I’d love you give you the suggested amount of water that you should be drinking, based on you weight, BUT I really just want you to focus on drinking more, even if it is just 6 ounces.
I am a fan of taking baby steps and finding a realistic and sustainable pace. So this week opt for water instead of tea or soda and let me know how well you do!!! CHEERS:-)
